Sharon Laird Sprow has spent her entire life in Florida, and her entire career helping Floridians find their footing in it. Licensed since 1993, she has guided clients through every kind of market this state has seen — always with the patience of someone who plans to still be here in another thirty years.
Since 2018, Sharon has been a driving force on Coldwell Banker Realty's 941 Team, helping it earn recognition as one of the top-producing teams in the country. Her specialty runs from new home sales to hard-to-find beachfront bargains, with deep familiarity in South Sarasota, Port Charlotte, and North Port.
Away from the office, she's the proud mother of three grown sons — alumni of Harvard, Florida State, and Florida Gulf Coast University — whose own paths, she says, taught her as much about patience and preparation as thirty years of closings ever did.
